All rates are per room and night, inclusive of service and VAT but exclusive of Sparkling breakfast buffet and tourist tax of CHF 4.20 (01.04.–15.10.16) and CHF 2.70 (16.10.16–31.03.17) per person and night. Tourist tax subject to change. Free entrance to the Sparkling Pool, private SPA cottages must be booked seperately.
Minimum stay
Ascension Day, Whitsun and July/August, over the weekends: 2 nights
Easter, New Year's Eve and 1st August, Swiss national holiday: 3 nights
Room availability/cancellation
Room availability is guaranteed as of 3 p.m.; rooms are to be vacated by 12 noon. No charge for cancellations up to 1 week before arrival. Subsequently we charge 1 night for stays from 1–3 nights' accommodation; 2 nights' for stays from 4–7 nights' accommodation and minimum 3 nights' for stays with 7 nights' accommodation and more. A cancellation assurance can be concluded directly at the hotel.

Transfers
Arrival and departure: free of charge to and from Küssnacht railway station or the Weggis landing stage. Transfer from and to Zurich-Kloten airport available at a special rate by prior reservation. Other routes available on request. We are pleased to organise hotel transfers per helicopter or private jet for you: Prices on request.
Family
Children and teenagers up to the age of 16 sharing their parents’ room stay free of charge. Separate rooms are charged at full rate. Cots available.

Zebi Room
In the Zebi Room, the colourful Park Weggis children’s playroom, our youngest guests find a variety of toys and games that ensure hours of amusement.
